Tenso cara, esse combo é realmente foda... Prevejo FTK's e OTK's rulando nesse formato.

Porém resta saber se ele perde timing ou nao, pois está escrito YOU CAN e IF.

Os Inverz também estão escritos YOU CAN e IF porém não perdem o timing, portanto se baseando nessa regra o Light Pulsar Dragon também nao perde o timing, ou seja... o FTK é valido.

Na Pojo está tendo um boato sobre um tal de Dark Ray Dragon, é praticamente impossivel ser verdade pelo efeito que ele tem, mas aí está o efeito do Dark Ray Dragon:

Parece que o boato sobre o Dark Rays Dragon era falso, já que dá para na ver na imagem que o ATK do dragão Dark é 2400 e o level é 5, nos boatos dizia que o ATK era 2100 e Level 6.

Enfim, só precisamos agora da tradução do nome e do efeito.
